Optimization based interpolation distortion removal in medical endoscopic images

A brief introduction to the history of endoscopy we illustrate the different techniques which exist to perform endoscopic procedures. Medical endoscope organism has the characteristics as highly accuracy, functional flexibility and cost efficiency, which make it the assistant of medical diagnoses as well as the foundation of long-distance transmission of medical images .In this paper, actual-time endoscopic optical coherence tomography (EOCT) imaging system. Several technological innovations are introduced that improve EOCT efficiency and performance. By using EOCT system, clinical studies in first stage the esophagus, stomach, duodenum, ileum, colon, and rectum of patients with normal endoscopic findings were examined. Microscopic structures such as glands, blood vessels, pits, villi, and crypts were also observed. The distortion of medical image such as fuzzy key details of organs may appear caused by the interlacing scanning technology, which may cause misdiagnoses. De-interlacing technique to eradicate distortion is essential. Finally, according to the major reason of image interlacing distortion in medical endoscope system, adaptive de-interlacing algorithm is used to eliminate the distortion with.
