Customer’s Attitude towards E-Banking with Special Reference to Chennai City

Abstract

The advancement in information technology have changed the banking industry and provided a way for banks to offer differentiated products and services to their customers .E-Banking provides various services like automated teller machines (ATM), Telephone Banking, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Mobile Wallet. This study consists of 250 customers who are using E-Banking services in Chennai city and their perception towards the E-Banking services and factors affecting the usage of E-Banking are identified .However the awareness level does not have an influence on the customers satisfaction .
